Building capacity
As a hands on interactive learning centre, students and teachers will benefit from the practical curriculum based education utilising agricultural products and processes. The educational programs will enlighten children improving understanding agricultural activity and it's importance in the world, as well as exciting and encouraging the next generation of people to enter agriculture and agricultural activity.

The uptake of new technologies, innovations, products and processes is slow. Keeping abreast of these developments are a challenge. We will offer access to short courses, industry updates and demonstration days to make sure people have the latest information to operate a sustainable agricultural business.

The AAC will be a fun interactive activity based centre that will facilitate interest, discovery and amazement in agriculture's food and fibre processes and the benefits of a healthy sustainable agricultural industry. Visitors who are looking for a fresh organic locally produced meal, or an opportunity to buy locally produced products will also enjoy an authentic agricultural experience.
